The worst cheapest products ever. the finish is scratched by putting place mats on this table, cracks under the finsh that were deemed to be normal wear and tear by a technican that they send out. company claims no manufactur's warranty exists however, this is debatable as they want you to purchase extended warranty coverage, which I did not. Third party evaluation of the table top and finish on furniture suggests this is a manufactures warranty and since the set was only purchased in Dec, 2010 this set should be replaced because the finish is such poor quality. The customer service department tells me the damage is caused by us wear and tear.
The only option is the manager.
